They are challenging, attracting & retaining them is a much talked about subject & a dilemma for many business entities today. CIPM Consultancy, Research & Corporate Training Unit successfully conducted “Attract Millennials using Psychometrics” workshop, facilitated by Mr. Sarath Jayasinghe using practical training methodologies to attract & retain the millennials in organizations.
