The world’s most premier people event, the World HR Congress (WHRC) 2021 was inaugurated successfully on 6th December 2021 at CIPM Auditorium in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The Inaugural presentation about “CREATING PEOPLE ADVANTAGE” global survey 2021 conducted by the World Federation of People Management Associations in collaboration with the BCG (Boston Consultancy Group) presented by Mr. Bob Morton – President WFPMA, Mr. Jens Baier – Managing Director & Senior Partner, BCG & Mr. Dhammika Fernando – Session Chair for the Keynote presentation, with the Keynote address by Prof. TV Rao.
