NSBM- CIPM awarded the Gold Medal
CIPM awarded the Gold Medal to Ms. B.S Perera, a student at National School of Business Management, during the graduation ceremony held in NSBM Auditorium on December 11, 2023. Ms. Perera excelled as the Most Outstanding Student in Human Resource Management (HRM) stream, achieving this remarkable feat in the BSc in Business Management (Human Resource Management) program at the Convocation of NSBM.
Furthermore, in recognition of her outstanding achievements, Ms. Perera was granted a scholarship to pursue the Chartered Intermediate of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) program offered by CIPM.

The Student Engagement and Youth Affairs Committee at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) orchestrated a memorable student night on December at CIPM HR House, Kandy, Kurunegala, Galle, and Gampaha. Chaired by the dynamic Mr. Jayantha Abeyratne, the event proved to be a resounding success, captivating students with a night filled with laughter and camaraderie.
The highlight of the evening was the selection of entertaining games that brought students together. From the spirited competition of "CIPM King and Queen" to the lively antics of "Musical Hats," and the energetic "Balloons Dance," the atmosphere was electric with joy and enthusiasm. The event also featured a thrilling "Raffle Draw," adding an element of anticipation to the festivities.

MoU Signing Ceremony between CIPM and Project Management Institute Colombo Chapter Sri Lanka (PMICC)
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Project Management Institute Colombo Chapter (PMICC) Sri Lanka signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 14th August of 2023 at the Members Lounge of CIPM. This collaboration will enhance mutual understanding and cooperation between CIPM and PMICC to promote and develop Human Resource Management and Project Management practices at both national and international levels benefiting its members of both institutions.
